in Politics, television

Michigan congressional Democrat John Conyers is trying to derail the nomination of CNN medical reporter Sanjay Gupta, Barack Obama’s choice for Surgeon General. It turns out, Dr. Gupta confronted filmmaker Michael Moore on the “Larry King Show,” claiming that Moore had fudged the facts in his movie “Sicko,” a documentary calling for nationalized healthcare. Rep. Conyers is a friend of Moore. See TheHill.com.

Moore did more than “fudge” the facts. Hooray for Gupgta anyway. He dared to say that the emperor has no clothes.

Ah, a very old question….

“Can the enemy of my enemy be my friend?”

Or:

“The enemy of my enemy is not my friend…”

Or:

“The enemy of my enemy is my friend..”
