Sorry–my grandson Sam got to my computer and typed the above. Since this is his first blog entry, I don’t have the heart to delete it. I wonder what he meant by six brackets, a semi-colon, and a backslash.
Last Thanksgiving he had just been born and I flew to Australia to see him. Now he and his parents are here with us. Here is Sam’s picture:

It looks like an emoticon for a lady with a beehive haircut winking and frowning. Cock your head to the left for full effect.
Actually, it is obvious. Sam’s emoticon represents very deep thinking combined with the self-control to withhold commenting until the wisest answer has been fully conceived.
I took it for a reversed emoticon of an extremely wide, but squarish, smile. The kind a proud grandfather might display.

I have a cat who frequently blogs in this vernacular. Perhaps they could get together.

As has already been said by others, I really thought it was an emoticon, too — one of extreme joy, perhaps with an odd haircut.

When my daughter was very little but becoming quite vocal, she began calling my son Jeremy “Deewah”. We don’t know why. She doesn’t recall why. But “Deewah” he became, for many a year. I’m sure there is a meaning to your grandson’s cryptic message. Perhaps it is the name of the performer once known as “Prince”?
Sammy is a brilliant young man. I know this because of the conversations I had with him between Miami and Vinita in June.
We did discuss a bit of Dr. Scaer’s theology, so his reference to Marge is quite understandable since Scaer and Groening are tight.
